What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, phone, company), the project data your company enters into the platform, and basic technical logs (IP address, browser, time of access) needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide the ORQIV platform to your company, respond to enquiries and support tickets, secure accounts, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your project data to train models without written agreement.
Tenant isolation
Each company's data is stored under its own company identifier. Users only see records their company and role allow.
Retention
Project data is retained for as long as your company subscription is active and for a grace period afterwards, unless you request earlier deletion.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to support@orqiv.com.
