The service
ORQIV provides a web-based project controls platform to companies under a subscription plan. Access is invite-only and managed by each company's administrator.
Your responsibilities
Keep credentials confidential, use the platform lawfully, and ensure the data you enter does not infringe third-party rights.
Data ownership
Your company owns the project data it enters. ORQIV owns the platform, its design and its code.
Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided as-is without a guaranteed uptime unless an enterprise agreement says otherwise.
Termination
Either party may end the subscription at the end of a billing period. Suspended workspaces can be reactivated within the grace period.
